Ok, sooooooo....the following film hits a lot of promising FFS targets.:
--It's a sequel in a series where likely few or none of us have seen the original.
--I'll wager it's a 90s film that Vennema did not see at the movie theater.
--Like Strange Days, it appears in a list of the top 50 underrated films of the 90s. And if it turned out to be kinda good, would that ruin this Society? I think not.
--It's based on an older IP that someone tried to drag into the contemporary cultural landscape. (Looking at John Carter, Dick Tracy, and, let's face it, Clifford)
--It has a ridiculously dumb poster image. |
