Because I'm already predisposed towards either X-Men Origins: Wolverine or Batman & Robin -- and also because I may or may not be able to attend the next screening -- I'm going to somewhat soft toss my nomination for this fortnight, though I do still think we would derive great entertainment from it. Like previous festival selection Masters of the Universe, this nomination was part of the Cannon Group film library and features Sylvester Stallone (who is tailor-made for this festival), some of the best/worst Kenny Loggins theme music ever (in which he implores listeners to "meet me halfway, across the sky"), and critical responses such as the following: "Look, I’m not a child custody lawyer. But even with my limited legal knowledge, I feel confident in saying that fathers rarely win guardianship of their sons via an arm wrestling tournament.
