Comments:	In his follow up to the most racist film of all time (BIRTH OF A NATION), D.W. Griffith made a film dedicated to the INTOLERANCE... of his critics. Cutting back and forth between Ancient Babylon, Christ-era Judea, 16th-century France, and present-day (1916) America, and "The Eternal Motherhood" who exists (of course) in all times and places, ONLY three-and-a-half hours long, ARGUABLY less problematic than the similarly ambitious CLOUD ATLAS (2102)...
