Brain Trust: Ye Gods! -- the much-ballyhooed robot takeover of human civilization is finally here! The Fortnightly Film Society's Much-Vaunted All-Powerful Super-Computer (All Rights Reserved) has seized control of the Fortnightly Film Society and -- by way of a separate email chain -- has culled from our membership ranks all of those amongst us who have failed either to (i) issue some sort of written communication to the group in living memory or (ii) regularly pay the Fortnightly Film Society's monthly membership fee (plus state tax, if applicable). Because we are but a meek assemblage of simple country brains who can offer no redress in respect of this reprehensible act of android villainy, we have no choice but to bid such erstwhile members a fond and regretful adieu.
